Kitchen and bath shelf paper

When looking at my potential new apartment I noticed the inside of the cabinets were dark unfinished plywood. Ughh! There is nothing worse than dark cabinets with questionably clean interiors. But, the flikers of terrible shelf papers that came to mind when thinking of a solution seemed like almost as bad as the barren dark interior cabinets that currently stand.

Hmmm. So, while on the hunt for great looking shelf papers I found this company called "Chic Shelf Paper" and they live up to their name! Here are a few of my favorites and a link to the website. I would be happy to open up my cabinet doors to find any of these prints resting below my plates! Additionally, because they are vinyl they will always be a cinch to wipe up.

Area Rugs #1

A great place to find contemporary and affordable rugs is overstock. we had a short lead time and a small budget and wool rugs can get very pricey so i crossed my fingers and purchased all the rugs for the living room and bedrooms from overstock. i was very happy with the way they all came out, the colors where fairly true to what i saw on my computer screen and the quality was great. although it takes time to scour through the not so great rugs it is definitely worth it because there are truly some gems. i almost always prefer natural fibers especially wool since it just feels below are a few of my favorites.
